Veterans Air, LLC Refund Policy

At Veterans Air, LLC we are committed to delivering high quality HVAC services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services and products.
Service Refunds

Completed Services: Refunds are generally NOT available for services that have already been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the work, please contact us within 7 days of service so we can assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a correction at no additional charge.

Canceled Appointments: If a scheduled service is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subjected to a $75.00 fee.
Equipment and Parts Refunds

Special Orders: Equipment and parts that are custom ordered or special ordered items are non-refundable once ordered from the supplier. Any returns may be subject to the manufacturer's return policy and restocking fees, which is typically, but not limited to 15% - 25% of the purchase.

Unused Stock Items: Standard stock items that are unused or unopened may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, minus any applicable restocking fee and installation labor cost (if any).

Warranty Claims

If a product or service falls under warranty (as described in our Terms and Conditions), it will be repaired or replaced under the terms of that warranty. Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through repair or replacement.

Refund Processing
​
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment. Cash payments will be refunded by check.
